SAUCE MODELLING AGENCY'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
* clients are requested to carefully read the following terms and conditions which must be strictly adhered to at all times. We request that you read our business term prior to calling the agency for a quotation. Please note that the following is a standard practice for all our clients.
1. CONFIDENTIALITY
The client must never make any bookings directly with any SAUCE personnel during the campaign or at anytime after the event. The client must never request for SAUCE personnel telephone numbers, address or e-mail during during campaign or event. The client must not befriend any SAUCE personnel on social media networking sites.
2. FEES
Fees and prices are not to be discussed with Sauce personnel and all fees are based on an 8hours days unless otherwise stated [including a one hour lunch break.
3. PROMOTION PERSONNEL
Each assignment will be quoted for individually depending on length of the assignment and duties required and all SAUCE personnel are required to work out verbally.
4. PAYMENT
all payments must be paid directly into the Director's account or our official Account.
5. USAGE{FOR MODEL BOOKINGS ONLY}
The permitted use of photographs is for editorial press advertising and excludes points posters, packaging,display material{ie. Showcases, points of sale, swing tickets, etc }, CD video and DVD covers and still in commercials. The clients is responsible for negotiating the additional fees for each of these categories before the use can commence. He is not permitted for use an photograph until all fees has been paid.

7. Videos{for models and actors bookings only}
For all videos, a daily rate will apply with a possible buy out fee dependent upon usage.
8. LOCATION BOOKING{FOR MODELS,ACTORS AND CREATIVE BOOKINGS ONLY}
At the time of booking, the client must provide details regarding transport available and/or overnight stays. In some cases, a few will be charged for an overnight stay if it prevents a model from working on the day he/she has to travel.
9. MEALS
clients are responsible for models meals on all bookings out the sauce area.
10. FASHION SHOWS
payments of the agreed fees confers the right to make use of models services on the cat walk, photographs and videos.
11. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints should be reported to the Agency during the course of booking.
